Robert Lowe of Omaha receives military commission

Robert Alexander Lowe of Omaha was among three cadets in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Reserve Officer Training Corps who received military commissions in ceremonies Dec. 17.

Lowe was commissioned a ensign in the U.S. Navy.
