Markus Schoof of Leipzig inducted into Phi Beta Kappa at UNL

Markus Schoof of Leipzig was among 40 University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduating seniors who were initiated into membership in Phi Beta Kappa this spring. All were in UNL's May 10 graduating class.

Phi Beta Kappa is the nation's oldest academic honor society, recognizing and encouraging a commitment to excellence in the liberal arts and sciences.

Schoof was a history, political science and global studies major as an undergraduate. He is the son of Christian Jentzsch and Daniela Budak.
