Margo Berends of Aurora inducted into Phi Beta Kappa at UNL

Margo Berends of Aurora was among 40 University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduating seniors who were initiated into membership in Phi Beta Kappa this spring. All were in UNL's May 10 graduating class.

Phi Beta Kappa is the nation's oldest academic honor society, recognizing and encouraging a commitment to excellence in the liberal arts and sciences.

Berends was an economics and political science major as an undergraduate. She is the daughter of Gary and Cynthia Berends.
