Kristina Whitney of Lincoln inducted into Phi Beta Kappa at UNL

Kristina Whitney of Lincoln was among 40 University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduating seniors who were initiated into membership in Phi Beta Kappa this spring. All were in UNL's May 10 graduating class.

Phi Beta Kappa is the nation's oldest academic honor society, recognizing and encouraging a commitment to excellence in the liberal arts and sciences.

Whitney was an anthropology major as an undergraduate. She is the wife of Logan Whitney.
