Emily Kramer of Blair earns University of Nebraska-Lincoln degree

Emily Mae Kramer of Blair was among about 1,400 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during commencement exercises Dec. 16-17 at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Kramer earned a bachelor of arts in hospitality, restaurant and tourism management from the College of Education and Human Sciences.

Sebastian Elbaum, Bessey Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Nebraska, delivered the address at the graduate and professional degrees ceremony Dec. 16. Chuck Hagel, former U.S. senator and former secretary of defense, gave the address at the undergraduate commencement Dec. 17. Chancellor Ronnie Green presided over the ceremonies.
