Charlotte Sjulin of Omaha chosen as Nebraska Homecoming royalty finalist

Charlotte Sjulin of Omaha has been selected as a candidate for homecoming queen at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Sjulin, a senior biology major, is the daughter of David and Ann Sjulin.

The homecoming king and queen will be elected by the student body in an online vote Sept. 29. They will be crowned Oct. 1 at halftime of the Nebraska vs. Illinois football game, which kicks off at 2:300 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
