Andrew Shultz of Ceresco receives University of Nebraska-Lincoln degrees

Andrew J. Shultz of Ceresco was among 1,488 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during commencement exercises Dec. 15 and 16.

Shultz earned a Bachelor of Science with distinction from the College of Arts and Sciences. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering.

Gwendolyn M. Combs, associate professor of management in the College of Business, delivered the address at the graduate and professional degrees ceremony. Chancellor Ronnie Green bestowed Nebraska's prestigious Cather Medal upon James B. Milliken, former president of the University of Nebraska system and chancellor of The City University of New York, during the undergraduate ceremony.
